My Psych-K session with Tamera was nothing short of amazing.  Always the skeptic of such things, I was SURE that my sudden onset of headaches was a physical problem (mostly because I don't have a history of getting headaches - this was a very unusual problem for me).  Not only did I (we) discover that the muscle tension and headaches were being caused by a particular stress, but the relief was immediate.  What a surprise!  Immediate and long term relief for a sudden onset problem was definitely hoped for, but never really imagined.  You can count on me doing more with Psych-K, and I highly recommend it to everyone I can.

My fourth PSYCH-K session was done for something that slowly came into my awareness over a period of several weeks. I realized that there was some kind of discomfort even to the point of, at times, sharp pains under my left arm going over into the breast tissue. As I tested the area it was sore to the touch and upon movement. I didn't find any tissue mass but still had the begins of strong concerns. In addition to the increasing discomfort. I was aware of also carrying a good amount of stress do to life changes taking place. Because of the successful results I have experienced in previous sessions for other issues I chose to use PSYCH-K again. It took only one PSYCH-K session to completely remove the stress and congestion that had painfully collected in that area. The pain was gone immediately and the stress level was brought way down in the same session. I was amazed and delighted. I have witnessed PSYCH-K work wonders for others and have experienced results each time I have had a session. A great live changing tool!

(This was a surrogate session with a 3 yr old boy who had been experiencing a deep, chronic cough that medical attention had not been able to clear up for 9 months. It turned out that 90% of the issue had to do with Self-Esteem and Personal Power issues. I promised I would follow up with Kyler after I had had him here for the week, and I am so pleased with what has happened. His cough has pretty much disappeared. Usually every day he has to find some way to challange me-ususally wants food (candy & snacks) instead of eating something fairly decent for meals. He came out into the kitchen and I was heating some soup for him, put his hand into my drawer that has candy in it,(he hadn't been in that drawer since he was over here the week before) and I told him that he would have to wait until he had eaten, well, he immediately went into his normal act of sticking out his lip, throwing himself onto the floor, and started to open his mouth to let out a wail, and I said to him-"what are you doing"? He rolled over, looked at me and said "I'm Happy", got up and went to the table to wait for his food...no more mention of candy. He handled the whole week really well. He knew when he had overstepped boundaries, and went into the bedroom and sat on the bed for the few seconds it took him to get over it, and came back out and was nice-usually he would have had to make a few more trips to get over the initial problem. He was very loving to me all of the time. He didn't have to hit or yell a lot to make himself recognized, and was just a whole lot more adjusted to everything. He does have a distinct need to be heard, and so I am thinking that this is a lot of the root of him acting out, and maybe even getting sick, so I tried to make sure I listened and respected what he was saying, but he is a different boy with me, and I was grateful for it, as it made the week he was here very nice!

Thank you so much for the PSYCH-K session. It reprogrammed my subconscious mind to help me change my life to over come the fear of being home alone. Because of a back injury my Doctors had been giving me prescription medication. Side effects from the medication would cause hallucinating and this fear of being alone at home would come. With one session of PSYCH-K I felt a dark feeling leave and a peacefulness come over me. I was able to be alone at home with a great deal more comfort. I am now off the medication and I am really thankful for the session that helped me through this difficult time.
