Please circle the level would you like to participate at? Payment for participation in the booth is due at the time of submitting this application.
1 day, a 5-hr shift, either am or pm $75.00
2 days with a 5-hr shift each day $105.00
3 days – with a 5-hr shift each day ** $135.00
4 days – a 5-hr shift each day ** $155.00
1 10-hr shift – full day $105.00
** for each of these options we are asking for your participation for an hour each shift in helping with the front table and crowd interaction. If you want one of these options without this part there is an additional $10 fee as I will need to pay someone to be there otherwise.

This agreement is made this day ______ between Tamera Rackham (booth head and organizer) and ___________________________ (practitioner), for participation in the World of Woo Woo vendor booth at the 2022 Ravalli County Fair.
1. Practitioner understands the time in the booth is for the purpose of providing sessions and educational/marketing information about the sessions being offered.
2. Practitioner understands that neither Tamera Rackham NOR Ravalli County Fairgrounds guarantees any income from your participation as fair vendor.
3. Practitioner is responsible for removing any trash they bring in or generate during their “shift” and at the end of their time there.
4. LIABILITY – Ravalli County Fairground NOR Tamera Rackham will not be responsible for fire, theft or destruction of any practitioner property. As a condition of participation, you agree to the indemnity and hold harmless Ravalli County Fair Commission AND Tamera Rackham and any agents, employees and all officials against any and all claims for loss, liability or damage, injury or death to persons caused by or in any way arising out of or in connection with your participation in the World of Woo Woo vendor booth at the 2022 Ravalli County Fair. You agree to participate at your own risk and release Ravalli County Fairgrounds and Tamera Rackham from all claims for any damage, loss, or injury to personal property, regardless of the source of the claimed damage, loss or injury. 5. Insurance – all practitioners must provide me with an AIE (Additional Insured Endorsement) from the company with which they hold their practitioner liability insurance and it needs to cover "Ravalli County Fairgrounds and Rockin' RC Rodeo". Most insurance companies provide this document free of charge. If you are setting up a new practice or have not yet had a chance to get his coverage, there are a handful of companies that offer this kind of insurance for energy workers and can be found with a google search. This needs to be provided BEFORE August 1st, 2022. This is a requirement of the fairgrounds and is not negotiable.

6. Refunds – If you find you are unable to participate, you may cancel in writing prior to July 10th and you will receive a refund of any money paid MINUS a $10 handling fee. There will be NO REFUNDS after July 10th. Please initial that you understand and agree to the refund policy ______________
7. Tamera Rackham reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time for any reason.
