What to Expect During Your Session
All first sessions begin with my intake and consent form where I gather basic information, ask a few questions, and inquire as to the reason you are seeking sessions. If your session is being conducted by phone, I will call you at our scheduled time, if we are doing a Zoom session, I will send you the meeting link a few minutes before our scheduled sessions time, otherwise I’ll see you at the office.
We start with a couple of minutes of talk to identify what the focus of the session is and give you the opportunity to ask any questions you might have, and for you to give me any feedback, if appropriate. Then we start identifying and releasing imbalances. My focus and intent for each session is that we first identify and release the “highest” priority imbalance, the one that will provide you the most relief from being released, then we continue to identify and release associated imbalances until our session time is up or your subconscious indicates that is all that can be released for this session. Whether your session is over Zoom, by phone, or in person at my office, I am there with you all the way, answering questions that may arise and ensuring that you feel supported and empowered throughout your session. I am also there for email session support if you have questions once you receive your recap.
